The Degrees shall be conferred to candidates who have satisfied the general conditions under the
Academic-Rules and Regulations of the University in Vogue |

1. Course and Syllabus:: The admission to various courses is based on the conditions as laid
down the provisions of "Eligibility for Admission". There will be no entrance test for admission
unless and otherwise specified. The School follows the syllabus and pattern approved by the
University under semester system. |

2. Term of Registration :: Candidates admitted into Post-Graduate Two years courses shall completetheir course within 6(Six) years from the date of admission failing which their admission stands cancelled. Such candidates shall seek fresh admission again. For UG Courses it shall be 9(Nine)years. |

3. Change of Course/Subject ::A candidate can transfer, from one PG course to another due to hisinability he may be allowed to do so provided he fulfils the eligibility conditions of the admission of the desired course. Request application should be made within a month from the date of confirmation of the admission. Candidates application if found eligible will be permitted for transfer, on payment of Rs. 600/- towards change of course and also fee variation if any |

4. Change
of Study Centre ::If a candidate wishes to be transferred from one study centre toanother, request application should be made within a month from the date of confirmation of his/her admission. Candidates' application if found eligible will be permitted for transfer and required to pay Rs. 1000/- towards change of Study Centre. |

5. Re-Admission
::The candidates who discontinued or who are default of payment of tuition feeduring an academic year can seek re-admission by submitting the application in the prescribed proforma and on payment of Rs.800/- towards Re-admission for PG Courses and Rs. 600/- forUG Courses. |

6. Transfer Certificate:: |

- If a student wishes to discontinue the course after paying the fee in full TC will be issued . |
|
|
- The original TC submitted at the time of admission in the School shall not be returned. The school shall issue a TC on completion of the entire course.
|
|
|
- Duplicate TC will be issued on payment of Rs. 1000/- subject to the production of a Certificateissued by the 1st Class Magistrate and a letter from the concerned Police Station to the effect that the original was lost. After careful scrutiny, the candidate will be issued a duplicate TC depending on the merits of the case. |

7. Pending
Dues :: If the candidate satisfies the academic requirements but has not paid the dues or
not submitted the required documents to the School within the stipulated period of time or if any
case of indiscipline is pending against him, the decision of the University/School to this effect
will be final and binding. |

8. Students Address ::All Correspondence made to the students will be as per the address or
mobile number as mentioned in the application form. If there is any change in the address, the
candidate has to intimate to the concerned section in the SDLCE. |
|
9. Acknowledgement :: Students are advised to preserve the ID Cards/Hall Tickets /
acknowledgements/receipts issued by the School till the degree certificate is issued to them
finally. They should be preserved for any verification by the School authorities during the course
period. |
